Over the weekend I did a 15.2km run with 1 of my friends Dooley. I didnt tell him how far we were going even though his max run is 8km. He did well.
Warm up

Dont know what was wrong with my legs but I couldnt skip today. Legs were firing up big time. I had a nerve pain run right down both legs.
Back Squats
(80kg x5) (100kg x5) (110kg x3) (120kg x3) (130kg x1)
After every set I did some handstand practice.
I thought this would loosen up my legs but it didnt. Struggled with the 130kg squat.

Not sure if this was a good idea with my legs not feeling the best but I said fuck it and did it anyway.
My legs were fried after it but I didnt give up there.
Hang Power Cleans

Chest to Bar strict pull ups 5,5,5,5,5
After each set I did 5 strict chest to bar pull ups.
Legs felt really weird after. I sat on the vibrating plate with a ball on my glute for 90 sec on each side. Instantly it made it feel better but on for about 10min.
Really think my legs are gonna be sore tomorrow.
