Triple under practice.
This is something thats turning out to be quite frustrating. I know in my head what to do but I just cant get consistent with it. My wrists just wont do that extra turn. Suppose just more practice.
Walking on hands practice. I just had a couple of goes at this to day I did ok. I think I managed about 20m or so.
Front Squats
(60kg x 8) (100kg x 1) (100kg x 3)
I did this really just to warm up for my Cleans.
Squat Cleans
(60kg x 5) (70kg x 3) (75kg x 3,3) (80kg x 2,2)
This is my first time working on this movement properly. Max iv ever done in a squat clean before was 70kg so im happy with this starting point.
Single Arm DB Snatch
(30kg x 3) (35kg x 3,3)
I have done this movement in the past once or twice in a workout but only used 25kg. Its a tough movement and really gets the heart rate going. I gonna work on this for awhile since it did come up in the regionals this year and they were lifting heavy.
Walking Lunges x 50
