Thursday & Friday

Friday
Half lemon in warm water + Juice Plus
Breakfast - oats + 180 nutrition & berries
Meal 2 - 1/2 chicken with Mixed Veg ,
Snacks throughout the day - Banana, Juice Plus,almonds,sweet potato,humapro shake,protein bar,dark chocolate
Meal 3 -   1/4 chicken,
Meal 4 - Chicken & pork Burrito, chicken enchiladas 

Warm Up
Stretching, Handstand Practice,
Today's session was pretty fun. 1 of my mates, Khanh came into the gym to workout. Hes a beast at crossfit so it was nice to have someone push me. This was a short enough WOD we did but it was tough.
I think from now on im gonna start working on these shorter more intense workouts.

Warm Up
Skipping, Double under practice

Deadlifting 60kg(8) 100kg(8) 140kg(5) 160kg(3) 170kg(f) 160kg(1,1,1 Slow & controlled)
I feel I have lost a good bit of strength here. I tried to lift the 170kg and it just wouldn't come up.

Power Cleans 70kg(3) 75kg(3) 80kg(3) 85kg(3,3) 90kg(1) 92.5kg(1)

Power Snatch 50kg(3) 55kg(3,dodgy) 55kg(3,3)
I should be able to power snatch way more than this by now but I think its technique thats holding me back.
Just need to keep working away it.

Next week im gonna start and Oly lifting strength program and see if it helps :)
