I wasnt feeling the best today as picked up a bit of a cold over the weekend. I wasnt gonna take a day off as I didnt do any training over the weekend.

I would of liked to do a bit more but ran out of time. I felt my cold definitly slowed me down a bit but the main thing is it didnt stop me. My split jerks do need some work and my 3rd set of the OHS were a bit dodgy. I am feeling a lot more confident with OHS now though so happy with that.
