conditioning

Half lemon in warm water + Juice Plus
Breakfast - Omelet
Meal 2 - Chicken salad with sweet potato.
Snacks throughout the day - Juice Plus,180 Nutrition x2,apple,Coffee,Date & coconut flakes, smoked almonds
Meal 3 - Beef stir fry


I didnt manage to get a proper nights sleep last night so was feeling a bit wrecked today.


I didnt have much time to train today so just did the first thing that came to mind.

Warm Up
500m Run at an easy pace

Hang Squat Cleans
(40kg x5) (60kg x5) (70kg x5,5,5)
Starting to get a bit faster dropping under the bar but still my legs feel weak while driving up from the squat. Started getting a headache as well while doing these. I think it may be from the cold I still have.  

21-15-9
Hang Power Cleans @ 60kg
Burpees
Time 7:37
I managed to get through the 21 cleans unbroken so was pretty happy with that.
Burpees never get easy. There fuckin horrible and I still dont know how I did 3005.
