I thought I would of ran into the 16min mark here as the weekend was pretty taxing on the body with all the drinking but pulled up ok.
Jerk Behind the Head 5RM (76kg) 95%x5 (71kg) 90%x5 (68.5kg)
This is a bit of a strange movement for me as my flexibility isnt the best and as I lower the bar to my neck I can really feel it pull on my shoulders. In the long run I feel this movement is really gonna do me good.
I found it a bit awkward lowering the bar to my neck each time so had to use a pad on the bar.
Push Press 8RM (68.5kg) 95%x8 (66kg) 90%x8 (61kg)
Shoulders felt a bit smashed as I went into this movement.
Back Squat 8RM (106kg) 95%x8 (101kg) 90%x8 (96kg)
legs felt good while doing this, I think I may have been able to go that bit heavier.
Jerk dip squat 26kg (8,8)
I was supposed to do this movement from the front but dont have the flexibility so just did it from behind the head and focused on technique. I didnt go as wide as a snatch trying to force my shoulders open while over head squatting.

I was away for the weekend and really went hard on the drinking. Awesome weekend but dont think my liver agrees. We were to a wedding friday night and seemed to keep drinking all the way through to sunday night. I got to catch up with a few friends from back home that I hadnt seen in years so it was all well worth it :)

This was a bit tougher than I expected. Dont know why put once it went to pressing the 80kg I couldnt move.

This is another new movement to me. Have never done it before but since its in the program ill be doing it more often.

This was a nice little WOD to help sweat out the drink from the weekend.
I think I could easily beat my time at this as I didnt push myself to much. Just wanted to get through it.
