Last 4 day

So I havnt updated my blog over the last week as I have been flat out in work and its been late by the time I got home each night. My sessions in the gym just seemed to creep up on me. Which isnt a bad thing though, Helping others reach goals and changing lives and thats what I love about my job.

So for breakfast each day I had my usual bacon, eggs and some veg.
Lunch has been 1/4 chicken with salad and avocado twice a day.
Dinner has been a mix of fish, chicken, kangaroo, Lots of veg and salads.
Snacks - 180 nutrition shakes, Juice Plus, fruit, dark chocolate. mixed nuts.
Also been having 1 -2 coffees a day.

The last week I have been craving fruit big time. I was told before about people craving fruit and veg while on Juice Plus but didnt see how that could be as I have never craved fruit before. Turns out its true.

This was a nice little WOD. Shoulders started burning on the wall balls but I did get through all without stopping. Swings were a bit tough on the grip but managed them unbroken also. The toes to bar were the hardest as its a thick bar and hard to hold onto.

Today I decided to just go for a run as the half marathon im doing is coming up in a few weeks time and I wasnt going to get a chance to run at the weekend.
I ran 13.7km.
It was just at a steady pace and didnt push to much. My calf and knee started playing up along the run and my earphones stopped working but pushed through it and kept going. Weather was awesome today as well so it was nice.

I wasnt feeling it at all with these squats. Energy levels were low as I didnt get a good nights sleep.

This evening I went and got myself a massage. Turns out I have massive amounts of facia built up all over my body and need a lot of work done. So I have decided that I am gonna get a massage at least once a week now.

This workout turned out to be a bit tougher than expected. The bar just felt so fuckin heavy.
My ankle was playing up again on the box jumps. Dont know why but my right ankle gets a sharp pain when I land a certain way from the box jumps.

After this I did some boxing. Its been awhile since I have boxed and fuck me it was tough.
I trained with a girl thats a feather weight boxer and she smashed me. We did 6 rounds on the pads. 3min on 30sec off.
