Since the weekend

This worked out to be a lot tougher than I expected. The push ups actually took more out of me than the deads. I managed to get thought all the deads unbroken but the push ups slowed me right down.

Meal 2 1/4 chicken, mixed salad, avocado
Snacks - 180 nutrition shake, banana, kiwi, oat bar

Time 6:32.       

This isnt really much of a workout it's more of a warm up. Nice little fun 1 to get the heart rate up and also get your core fired up.

Again this is down to my technique and flexibility as I'm sure I should be able to lift a lot more with this.

Not 100% if my back was in a good position while I was doing these.

Still a lot to work on here as well.
