Felt so alive this morning. So much energy that I skipped my morning coffee. I thought if I had a coffee I would start to get jittery.

So since the tough mudder is coming up in a few weeks I decided to do a WOD around that.

Fuck these runs were a killer. I managed the deads and burpees unbroken each time but the uscle ups got my. Felt pretty burnt out and found it hard to keep going. Hated the workout but loved it at the same time.
