So over the last week I have been pretty flat out in work. Which is a good thing but didnt have much time to write on here.
Today I was feeling pretty good but was rushed with my workout. Legs were pretty fried from yesterday but this is what I did.
Also went for a 90min massage today during work. It was pretty painful but I know its doing me good. I hope
Warm Up

Split Jerk + Behind the Head Push Press (no rest in between)

Starting to feel a lot more solid on these so was happy with it.
Chin Ups 20kg (5,5,5,5,5)
Dips 30kg(5,5) 40kg(5,5,5)
Did the chin ups and dips each set straight after the other.

Summers coming so gotta work those abs a little more :)
