I didnt get to do any training over the weekend so was looking forward to today.

I felt like my lungs are really starting to get stronger again. Last time I did this I really struggled on the runs. Lungs were burning and felt like they were gonna pop.

I was really happy with this today. Got myself a new PB.

I didnt feel strong while doing this at all. Dont know why but just didnt have the drive in my legs :(
