Well its actually been awhile since I have wrote on here so just wanted to jump back on and get back into it.
Over the last few months I ran a half marathon, I did the Sydney tough mudder and just been pushing hard training in the gym.
Last week myself and a friend decided to do something different and we did a team workout.
This was pretty good and a lot of run.
Warm up
3 power cleans @ 60kg on the min for 10min.
Team workout
1 person 25m farmer walks with 2 40kg dumbbells
while the other person does
3 30kg rope pull (20ft rope)
3 Power cleans @ 80kg
3 Muscle ups
The idea of this was to see how many laps we could do on the farmer walks.
Person 1 would keep doing farmer walks until the other person was finished.
