Last Few Weeks

I had to take a week of training last week due to an injury.
I was doing Power Cleans and hit a new PB of 95kgx2. I went for again but messed up my back. I didnt feel it right away it the next day it did start to tighten up.

A few days of physio and its almost back to normal. I tested my back last Monday with some squats.
Back squats 100kg x6,6,6
Front Squats 80kg x6,6,6
I didnt want to push to hard so kept it under failure.

2 days later, today I did more squatting. Back is feeling much better and I think Ill be back on track soon.
Also I did 10 rounds of incline hill sprints on the treadmill. 30sec on 1 min rest. Speeds 14-18km/hr.  
Christmas is now upon us and lots of drinking will be done so in the new year Im gonna hit the training hard.
Over this last week I have been detoxing. Ideally I should be doing this for a few weeks but just doing it for 5 days before the xmas sessions.
What I have been eating

Breakfast - Half lemon in warm water with Juice Plus.
Kale, spinach, tomato, celery, cucumber, berries and banana all blended up. Sounds a bit funky but actually tastes pretty good.

Lunch has been raw salads with raw salmon, even had raw steak 1 day with lemon juice.

Dinner was the same, either a shake or raw salad or veg with salmon.

Snack through out the week have been natural nuts, lots of fruits,

The idea behind this is to help you break down any toxins and cleanse your body.
This should be done once a year at least. The amount of toxins that builds up in peoples bodies over the years can be a lot and really effect how people function.
