So last night it was my flat mates birthday last night and we went for Lebanese food.
Awesome feed. Lots of veg and meats. Actually a bit to much.
So this morning I woke at 8am still feeling bloated and need to get moving.
I grabbed my surfboard and ran down to the beach.
I spent about an hour surfing and ran back.
Breakfast. Omelet with spinach, mushroom & salmon + wholemeal toast.
(I normally dont eat bread)
Meal 2 - chicken, beef, tabbouleh, sweet potato
Meal 3 - chicken, beef, sweet potato, salad.
I just wasn't feeling hungry today. must of been from the over eating the night before.
This afternoon also went back down to the beach and went surfing again for an hour. Water was awesome today.
