Had a great day today, both training myself and my clients.
I had 1 guy reach new PB'S in deadlifting. Its so awesome to see people achieve things they never thought possible. Feels so good to be apart of it and thats why I do it.

So my training today
Snatch Grip deads 5sets of 5. I still need to be careful with my back. Managed to get to 130kg
Snatch practice. I got up to 50kg with this. Today was all about technique as I had a friend there to help me out. Its hard to see your faults on your own. Felt pretty good. Changed up my technique with a wider grip and felt way stronger.
Seated row 4 sets of 10.
Preacher curls + hammer curls 4 sets of 10.
Food today
breakfast - veg smoothie, kale, tomato, ginger, cucumber, celery, banana, 180
Meal 2
bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, avocado.
Meal 3
After training - Shake with 180, kale, mixed berries, banana
