Healthy snack

HEALTHY SNACK

Just thought I would share my other blog today. Click here to see it.

Iv just post a healthy treat thats awesome for your body.

I didnt end up doing any training today. Took it easy and ate lots of healthy food.

Breakfast -  Raw veggie shake, oats
Meal 2 - 180 shake
Meal 3 - salmon filler with broccoli, mushrooms and tomato
meal 4 - eggs and bacon
Snacks - apple, banana, homemade nut bar.
