How to smash yourself

Breakfast lemon in water with juice plus.
3 eggs, 3 bacon, mixed veg, sweet potato.
Meal 2 chicken, mixed veg, sweet potato.
Meal 3 shake juice plus complete, kale, celery, ginger, beetroot.
Meal 4 Salmon fillet with broccolini

Workout

I trained with Ewan again today. Massive Awesome session.

500m x4 60sec rest between
Times 1. 1:42 2. 1:42 3. 1:42 4. 142

Skill
Every Min on the min for 10min @40kg
Snatch
Over Head Squat
Snatch balance

I had never done something like this before. It was pretty cool though. Still need more practice with snatching.











Strength
Back Squats, 60sec rest between sets
5 @100kg
3 @105kg
2x3 @110kg
3x1 @115kg

Met Con
7min of Burpees

Burpees are never nice. This was the first workout of the crossfit opens last year. I managed to get 113 last year when I did it and today was 118.

Horrible horrible workout but great way to smash yourself.
