Started off with a 500m Row as a warm up.
I was training with my friend Ewan today.
Started off with some banded deadlifts. Id never done anything like this before. It was pretty cool though.

We had done this before and I wasn't feeling the best for it so was pretty pumped today.
It was a team workout. First person do the 16 reps, 2nd do 14 reps, 1st do 12 reps, 2nd do 16 reps, 1st do 14 reps, 2nd finish with 12 reps.

Awesome work again today to my clients.
Group session smashed it. 3 people got new PB'S in deads. Awesome
