Well it’s all down to moderation, portion size and exercise. I work with many people everyday, and taking someone’s pleasure from them can be difficult. So I choose to compromise.
Instead of eating something sweet, or something that will encourage weight gain every day, cut it down to once a week.
Sugar addiction is a tough thing to over come and most people don’t even know they are addicted. Getting your training on track is another very important thing. Enjoying the foods your taste buds so desire has a price. You either work it off or pile it on. Next time you go to have your favorite treat I want you to ask yourself.
Have I earned this?
Or do I really want this right now?
Or am I prepared to put in the work to burn it off?
If you are willing to do the hard work and reward yourself with something you enjoy each week that’s fine. You can even lose weight doing this. Portion control is also something to be aware of. Instead of having that full slice of cake, why not just have half. Remember it’s much easier to pile on the weight than get rid of it. If you got your diet right, 6 days a week. Trained hard 4-6 days a week and had 1 cheat day, where you can eat what ever you want, in moderation of course. You will lose weight.
So tell me what is your favorite treat or what is it that you would find it so hard to give up?
Leave a comment and I would be happy to get in contact to give advice on your nutrition and exercise
Its all about making the world a healthier place.
