Meal 1- lemon in warm water, juice plus
3 eggs, 2 bacon, quinoa, mixed veg.
Meal 2- Shake with kale, cucumber, tomato, spring onion
Meal 3 - Chicken, mixed salad, sweet potato
Meal 4- Kangaroo with veg
Snacks, Juice Plus shake, apple, nuts, home made bread

So today I took a rest day. been training pretty hard the last week and got a comp coming up on Sunday so need to be ready for that.

Only training I did today was grabbing my board after work and hitting the beach for a surf.
Water was awesome but got smashed around as the current was pretty strong today.
