Muscle up practice

Today's food
Breakfast - Salmon, eggs, broccoli, lemon water, juice plus
Meal 2 - 180 shake with kale and berries
Meal 3 - 1/4 chicken, mixed veg, avocado
Meal 4 - 1/4 chicken, mixed veg
Meal 5 - veg shake
Snacks - banana, fruit & nut bar

Today's training
Interval sprints incline
Incline level 10, speed
16.5km/hr x5. 17km/hr x2. 17.5km/hr x1
18km/hr x1. 18.5km/hr x1.

Seated row

When i got home from work the sun was shining so I hit the beach for a surf for an hour.
Water was awesome.
