Nutrition

I decided to take today off training, I trained 4 days in a row this week and plan on hitting the gym again tomorrow so using today as a rest day.
40 degrees outside so I think im gonna grab my surfboard and hit the water.
A bit of active recover.

Food today
Breakfast - Smoothie, kale, tomato, ginger, beetroot, cucumber, banana, 180, celery Juice Plus
Meal 2 - 1/4 chicken, mixed veg
meal 3 - Veg shake
Meal 4 - Steak and  steamed veggies


Yet another awesome day in work again today, well I shouldn't really call it work as it doesn't feel like work.

Another PB hit today this time by another 1 of my clients,Britt in deadlifts.

She has trained 4 days this week so was pretty burned out coming in this morning but yet she pulled it off.
Last PB 80KG deadlift x2
Today 80kg x3, then 85kg x3
