So my training went like this
HIIT (high intense interval training)
I have been doing this at least 1-2 times a week lately.
Setting the treadmill on gradient 10 and doing 10 sets of 30sec on 60sec off.
I start at 16km/hr and work my way up to 18.5km/hr.
This video is me doing my last set at 18.5km/hr
If you want to smash yourself then this is a great way to start.
Its an awesome warm up and really gets you going.
So I love PB'S and especially when its 1 of my clients that smashes 1 out.
The ambitious look on their face as they go for it and then the smile after. Its awesome. No better feeling when seeing my clients achieve amazing things.
