Saturday morning so decided to sleep in, Sure why not.
I didnt actually get a chance to train until this evening. Got to the gym at 5pm.

Havnt done a workout like this for awhile and those thruster smashed me pretty good.
Grip was a bit tough with the overhead squats as I didnt have any chalk and my hands were sweating.
Breakfast - Omelet with potato,cheese & Toast + coffee
meal 2 lamb shank, with veg
meal 3 Fish + salad
Snacks- 180 shake, apple, nuts.
