Hot nights means no sleep. Yup I was awake last night until about 2am, horrible, especially when you have to be up at 6am.
Still jumped up and had my usual bacon eggs and veg and hit the gym for my first client.
Feeling pretty knackered I said I wasnt sacrificing my training.
Started off with a 500m run
Muscle Ups x5
Swings at 32kg x10
Push ups x15
Time 10:15
First round no problem. Once I finished my second set of push ups I was feeling it in the muscle ups.
I was hoping for under 10min but considering I was knackered I was happy enough with it.
Lat pull down I did 6 sets of 3
Just doing this for strength to help with my pull ups.
Seated row I did 4 sets of 10
Skull crushers with Preacher curls 3 x12
Hammer curls 3x12
Dips BW 3x12
Felt good after the workout but been pretty knackered all day. looking forward to a good sleep tonight.
