Breakfast - Lemon Water + Juice Plus, Oats with blueberries
Meal 2 - Shake - Kale, cucumber, tomato, celery, ginger, beetroot, 180 protein.
Meal 3 - Leftover beer can chicken, salad + veggies, sweet potato
Meal 4 - Kangaroom burgers + veggies.
Snacks - nuts, dates, natural bar with cocoa + mint.
