Team training

So myself and a friend of mine had planned to train this morning. Turned up at the gym at 8:30am and of course it was closed. Not to worry though as we headed over to his place and did some lifting there.

Breakfast - Lemon Water + Juice Plus, Oats with blueberries
Meal 2 - Shake - Kale, cucumber, tomato, celery, ginger, beetroot, 180 protein.
Meal 3 - Leftover beer can chicken, salad + veggies, sweet potato
Meal 4 - Kangaroom burgers + veggies.
Snacks - nuts, dates, natural bar with cocoa + mint.

Training.

I wasn't really counting sets or reps this was just all about practice.
We spent about an hour at this.

5min AMRAP of Fran as a team
21-15-9
Thrusters @50kg
Pull ups

WOD 2
5min AMRAP
Burpee with 25kg plate x3
Slam ball x6
Squats x9
