Did you know that 1hour of your day is only 4%. 30min is only 2%. How little is that of your day.
So can you spare 4 or even 2% of your day 3-5 days a week to make sure you are fit and healthy?
I bet if someone that "doesn't have time" had a tooth ache they would find time to get to a dentist.
So here in to days post I just want to show you how you can do a basic workout in a short amount of time.
I did this today and it took me just over 3 min. Now if someone cant find 5min to do a quick workout then they obviously have no concern for their health.
