This is what so many people are after. Instead of focusing on burning off body fat why not set fitness goals. Run 5k in 20min. Deadlift double your body weight. Do 20 pull ups.

Setting goals like this will work towards you weight loss and allow you to achieve things you may never thought possible.

Todays training.
I trained with 1 of my clients today. Kurt.

We started off with some interval hill sprints.
With the treadmill on incline 10
we did 10 rounds of 30sec on and 1 min rest.
Started at 16km/hr and worked up to 18.5km/hr

Awesome little workout and great warm up.

Next we did some squatting. My back has been at me since I damaged a vertebra over a month ago so needed to be careful.
I did manage to get up to 125kg so was happy with that. Havnt lifted that weight for awhile now

After that we some split jerks. Im still not the best at these as im still in practice.





So to finish of we did a 10min AMRAP

Strict handstand push ups x5
Chest to bar strict pull ups x6
lunges x20
My score - 6
