Workout challenge

So I was thinking I wanted a workout to smash me and finish off the week.
A friend of mine had told me he did a similar workout the week before and it sounded like a challenge.

The workout
100 Back Squats @ 60kg                                                                                                                                      150 Bench Press @ 60kg                                                                                                                                 200 Deadlifts @ 60kg 

So this is to be done in as quick as time as possible. Starting with the squats and breaking up the reps as needed to get you through before hitting the bench and so on.

So I managed to get through the back squats easy enough. Started of with 30 reps and then broke it down to 15's. Bench press was pretty tough as my chest died pretty quick. The deads took it out of me. I managed to do reps of 15 all the way through.

This workout really smashed me but was fun. I finished in 46min.
