30 day weight loss challenge

Hey Guys from today I am starting a 30 day weight loss challenge for anyone that would like to take part. Check out the video below or just CLICK HERE to jump onto DAY 1 of the challenge. 



Breakfast - Lemon in warm water with juice plus. Mixed veg omelet with quinoa
Meal 2 Veg shake, with juice plus complete.
Meal 3 Oats with banana & natural yoghurt
Meal 4 Veal with steamed veggies
Snacks - almonds, date and nut natural bar
