So today I didnt end up doing any training at all as I messed up my wrist from the session yesterday. Also I think I needed a rest as I pushed it pretty hard over the last few days. Ill hit it hard again tomorrow.

I wanted to share with you today 1 of my clients smashing a new PB and also a new goal in deadlifting.
