Breakfast 3 eggs, bacon, mixed veg
Meal 2 Shake with kale, tomato, cucumber, ginger, celery 180 protein
Meal 3 1/4 chicken, 1 banana
Meal 4 BBQ kangaroo burgers, mixed veg. All done on the BBQ
Snacks almonds, natural snack bar,

So today since I wasnt feeling it yesterday I took today off. Been pretty busy though with training others and having meetings. All fun stuff driving my business.

Ill get stuck back in tomorrow and hit it hard.

So that is something that you should always look out for when training, reading your own body and resting when needed. Remember its when you rest that you get your results.
