Comp Day

So it's comp day

Didn't get much sleep last night as the neighbors were having a party on their balcony. Music banging all night. Normally wouldn't mind but when you have to be up at 5:30am it's a nightmare.

Breakfast - Lemon in warm water with Juice Plus. 3 eggs, bacon, sweet potato, quinoa, mixed veg.
Meal 2 - Bacon, mixed veg, sweet potato
Meal 3 - Bacon, mixed veg. sweet potato
Meal 4 - Chicken skewers, veggies
Snacks - banana, protein bar, protein shake,

So the workouts for the comp

WOD 1: 7 Minute AMRAP of:

(Advanced)
Row 10 Calories
3 x HSPU
1 x Rope Climb Ascent
WOD 2: Burpee Clean Ladder:
I found this pretty easy but my team mate got stuck on the rope climb. Shows when you dont practice something it can effect you under pressure.


WOD 2
In the same format as last years Regionals Ladders. Teams must complete (4) Four burpees at the same time in order to buy in to attempt the load via: (Clean, Pwr Clean, Muscle Clean, Split Clean)

We go to 100kg on this. The 100kg was a NEW PB for me so was well happy.

30 x Snatches 60kg
Max Rep Muscle Ups 

Score 45 muscle ups
