Day 2 Of Challenge And How To Cook A Healthy Breakfast

So I didn't end up doing any training today as I had a full on day. Legs are also completely smashed from my session I had last thursday. Can bearly walk :)

So what I wanted to share with you today was cooking breakfast. I have so many clients that say to me, that they don't have time to cook breakfast in the morning and so decided to skip the most important meal of the day. Its pretty simple and doesn't take long at all. Sure you can grab some cereal thats gonna be loaded with sugar or you can put in a bit of effort and cook something healthy like I do.
