My training today
Breakfast - lemon water with juice plus. Omelet with mushrooms, capsicum, onion and salami.
Meal 2 veg shake with juice plus complete
Meal 3 Burcher muesli
Meal 4 kangaroo burgers
Snacks - berries, home made, protein bars
Today really wanted to hit it hard but it didn't happen. My hamstrings are still ruined from the session I did last Thursday.
I had planned on doing some sumo deadlift high pulls but after 1 I felt my hamstring get so much worse.
Training
warm up 500m run
Tried sumo deadlift high pull but couldnt do it.
Decided to do some split jerk instead.
So Split Jerk
50kg x5, 60kg x3, 70kg x3, 80kg x3, 90kg x2, 90kg x1,1,1
Strict press
60kg x3,3,3,3,3
So wasn't happy with todays training. Just hope my hamstrings are feeling so much better tomorrow so I can train hard.
