Day 4 Of The Weight Loss Challenge, Deadlifting Fun

Awesome for anyone that is looking for weight loss, toning up, getting ripped, wanting to be healthy, look good or look sexy :)


Meal 1 Lemon water, juice plus. Bircher muesli with berries. 
Meal 2 veggie shake with  Juice Plus Complete & berries
Meal 3 1/4 chicken, steamed veg + avocado
Meal 4 kangaroo burgers with steamed veg.
Snacks home made protein bars.

Warm Up
500m run

Strength
Deadlifts
60kg x10, 100kg x10, 140kg x5, 150kg x5, 160kg x5, 170kg x3, 170kg x5.

WOD
10min AMRAP of
Sumo Deadlift High Pull @ 60kg x10
Toes To Bar x15
Dips x12
Score - 4 + SDHP

This actually turned out to be tougher that I expected. It was fun though. Nice  little intense workout.
