Breakfast - Lemon juice in warm water with Juice Plus. veg omelet with quinoa
Meal 2 - 1/4 chicken with mixed veg
Meal 3 - Kale, cucumber, celery, bok choy, mixed berries, juice plus complete blended.
Meal 4 - 1/4 chicken tabbouleh
Meal 5 - Muesli with berries
Stretching + Mobility
Cardio
Rowing Intervals
500m with 60sec rest x4

I hate the rower, has to be done though.
Strength
Bench Press
60kg x8, 90kg x3, 100kg x3, 100kg x3, 100kg x3, 100kg x3.
Knee to feet jumps practice.
