Incline sprinting

Actually felt like I had the best nights sleep in a awhile. Went to be at 9:45 and up at 6. Over the last week been getting to bed around 11 and getting up before 6. Not enough sleep for me.

Breakfast, the usual Lemon juice in warm water, eggs. 2 lean burgers, mixed veg, quinoa

Meal 2. Shake, kale, tomato,cucumber, celery, berries, beetroot, juice plus protein
Meal 3 Mince with gluten free pasta.
Snacks - juice plus shake, almonds, berries.

Actually didnt eat much today compare to what I normally eat. Will have to make up for this tomorrow :)

Incline sprints

30sec on 1min rest
Speeds - 16.5km/hr x5
17, 17.5, 18, 18.5, 19km/hr (new PB)
This smashed me. 19kh/hr is pretty tough incline.

Stretching + handstand practice

70kg x8, 90kg x5,5,5,5
100kg x3, 105kg x1,1

I spent about 20min rolling as I was pretty tight in my lower back and glutes from the comp yesterday
