NO TIME

So today I didnt get to train which was a bit of a balls as I was really hoping to do some sprinting.
May be its better I rested as I got my COMP on Sunday. I was at a seminar that went on all day and then getting back the traffic was a nightmare.

Im gonna be resting as well tomorrow as I wanna be fresh for Sunday.

Food for the day
Breakfast - Lemon in water with juice plus,Oats with 180 nutrition
Meal 2 - kangaroo stir fry
Meal 3 - Sushi rolls
Snacks - banana, juice plus protein, apple
