Breakfast - lemon juice in warm water with juice plus. Birched Muesli with mixed berries
Meal 2 - Shake, kale, cucumber, celery, beetroot, mixed berries, 180 protein
Meal 3 - mixed veg with 1/4 chicken
Meal 4 - salmon fillet with broccoli
Snacks - Apple, banana, natural fruit and nut bar x2. nuts, dates.
So started off this morning with some double under practice.
Then 100 double unders for time - 50sec
Then 50 double unders for time - 22sec

So today I just wasnt really feeling it for some reason. I just didnt have the drive. May be I should of just rested today but ill take tomorrow off instead.
Felt pretty tired most of today. First time I have felt like this in the last few weeks.
