Day 11, Food Diary, Eat Yourself Sexy

Breakfast - Lemon juice in warm water with Juice Plus.
Veg omelet with quinoa
Meal 2 -Veg Shake with Juice Plus complete.
Meal 3 - 1/4 Chicken with boiled veg & avocado.
Meal 4 - Salmon fillet and salad

Snacks, natural bar, date rolls. banana,

Warm up 500m run

60kg x10, 100kg x10, 140kg x5, 160kg x3, 170kg x3, 180kg x2



I was pretty happy with this lifting today. Technique wasnt the best but I did manage to lift 180kg which I havnt done in over 6 months. Aiming to hit the 200kg in the next 2 months :)

I feel I should of done so much better at this. I havnt slept properly in the last 2 weeks so I think its catching up on me. Hopefully will do better in tomorrows workout.
