Active recovery

Breakfast
Omelet
4 eggs 1 yoke
Bacon x 5
Onion
Capsicum
Mushrooms

Today I decided to do an active recovery day. First time iv ever done this and it felt pretty good.

Workout
15k bike ride on a stationary bike
Time 22min

Just stayed at a nice easy pace through the hole thing. First time using a bike in a long time and could really feel it through the quads.

Stretching + mobility for 25min

Humapro shake
1 kiwi

Meal 2
1/4 chicken
Bok choy
Broccolini
Avocado 1/2
Small piece of sweet potato

Meal 3
1/4 chicken
Bok choy
Broccolini
Avocado 1/2
Small piece of sweet potato

Snacks through out the day
Lots of nuts
Banana
2 more kiwis

Meal 4
2 portions of home made lasagna paleo style with cheese and baby spinach.




Ingredients
1 Kilo of mince
1 carrot grated
8 chopped mushrooms
2 zucchinis
2 onions
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
tomato paste
Garlic paste
beef stock
oregano
bay leaves
Cheese

Fry oninos with some garlic paste.
Add meat and cook till brown.
Add Chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms,
Grated carrot, Oregano and beef stock.
Cook all and let simmer for 15min
Add to baking dish, Layer with slices of zuccuni.
Add the rest of the mince and layer again with zuccuni.
Top off with cheese and bake in the oven for 40min.
