A new. Week

Breakfast
half lemon in warm water with Juice plus

My goal here was to beat my time each time. I had a bit of a fun filled weekend so wasnt feeling 100% this morning. But no excuses, I just gotta jump in and get the work done. When I choose to enjoy my weekends I don't let it stop my training. I always jump in and push myself hard even if it feels like I'm going to collapse.

This isn't really the best movement to be trying while still felling a bit dodgy from the weekend. Technique and balance wasn't the best but I did get a new 3RM.

Also got myself another PB here which I was happy with. I didn't get the full squat clean.
